The machine delivers high productivity, precise forming quality and full compliance with food industry hygiene standards.
The thermoformer is used for packaging meat, fish, ready meals, desserts, cheeses and semi-prepared foods in trays with top sealing. The machine supports vacuum packaging and modified atmosphere packaging (MAP), which helps preserve freshness and extend product shelf life. Hermetic sealing without vacuum is also available.
The machine forms trays from the bottom roll of film, after which products are loaded into the formed cavities. The top film is then applied and sealed; if required, vacuum is created or a gas mixture is injected (MAP). At the end of the cycle, the machine performs cutting and separation of the finished packs, ensuring clean and accurate edge trimming.
